It was a double first for the Ballymore Group recently when, within the space of two days, it agreed deals worth almost €380 million for three of the five blocks under construction at the developer’s waterfront regeneration project, Dublin Landings, on North Wall Quay.

Last November, South Korean Reit JR AMC paid €106.5 million for No 2 The Landings, while German institutional investor Triuva acquired the first block for €164 million.
