Ryanair chief executive Michael O’Leary has criticised Boeing overthe grounding of the 737 Max jet, saying he is concerned the airline will receive zero planes by summer 2020.

His comments came after the budget airline reported pre-tax profits of €243 million for its first financial quarter to the end of June, a drop of 21 per cent from a year earlier.
