Keith Waine has joined Dillon Eustace as partner and head of the firm’s financial regulation team. Prior to this appointment, Waine was head of legal at Barclays Bank Ireland for one year. Before that, he was chief compliance officer at Frank Mortgages for two-and-a-half years.
