■ CityPOST has appointed a new board member. José Osório da Gama e Castro joins from CTT Correios de Portugal Plc (Postal Services of Portugal), where he worked for six years in a number of roles, including director of contracts and project management. Before that, he was vice-chairman of the board of Refer, Portugal’s national railway network, for three years.
