Majority of professionals want a more flexible workweek

More than half of Irish professionals (58 per cent) want to move away from traditional working patterns, choosing jobs that enable them to work more flexibly and prioritise commitments outside work.

That’s according to new research carried out by Morgan McKinley. The recruitment agency’s Working Hours Report surveyed 2,500 Irish professionals in sectors including finance, technology, engineering and science.
