Language schools’ dispute over new regulations ends up in High Court

A row between English-language schools NED Training Centre and Academic Bridge, and education quango Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), made its way to the High Court last week, following two months of controversy over new regulations for schools teaching international students.

The case is set to be heard on December 2.
