Iconic buys River Media holdings

The publisher of the Leinster Leader and Limerick Leader is acquiring the assets of River Media, which include the Kildare Post, the Donegal Post and the Derry News.

Controlled by British advertising executive Malcolm Denmark, Iconic Newspapers is a major publisher of regional newspapers in Ireland.
