Harland and Wolff names new chief executive

Jonathan Guest is to take over at Harland and Wolff after current chief executive Robert Cooper retires on April 30 after 44 years with the Belfast company.

Cooper has led the 157-year-old Belfast company since 2003, and helped return it to profit by diversifying into areas such as renewable energy and ship repair following the demise of its shipbuilding activities.
