Strong take-up at Dublin developments as property group eyes logistics market
Property investment group Green Reit has reported a big increase in core earnings, boosted by strong interest in its new office developments.
Core earnings for the year to the end of June rose by 33 per cent to €33m, and the total value of its portfolio increased by 11 per cent to just under €1.4 billion.
