PwC says matter has been resolved
A group of Irish businessman have settled a multi-million euro legal claim against the Canadian software company that bought their start-up business for €31 million two years ago.
Kieron Branagan, John McQuillan, Sean MacRoibeaird, John Lambe and Ricardo Navarro filed a petition in the High Court in Dublin last month to wind up Guestlogix Ireland, which acquired their company Openjaw Technologies in 2014.
