Flotation in pipeline for second Irish builder

New Generation Homes, the Irish home builder backed by multibillion pension fund M&G, is thought to be considering an initial public offering of shares in the New Year.

It is understood that executives at the company have met with financial advisers in Dublin stockbrokers with a view to a flotation next year, although no final decision on strategy has yet been reached.
