Olivia Leonard is Facebook’s director for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Ireland and Britain. Leonard joined Facebook in 2011 in the role of developer operations manager and engineering and technical staffing manager. She has been in her current role for four years. Facebook employs 2,500 people at its international headquarters in Dublin.
