Dundalk tech firm Intact Software has bought North London firm Ramtac for £2 million (€2.3 million) in a deal that doubles the firm’s workforce to 110.

Intact, which develops enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, bought Ramtac in a bid to strengthen its presence in the British market.
