Yahoo parent company plans to hire 40 more employees, bringing Irish numbers to over 400
Oath, the umbrella brand for companies including Yahoo, AOL and Tumblr, is hiring 40 people to add to its 365 employees in Ireland as it looks to make its Dublin office a linchpin of its international expansion.
Currently, Oath has one billion users. It aims to double that, and a key person in charge of that growth is Galway man Patrick Scully.
