A Dublin-based salon owned by two Welsh brothers has opened a new men’s grooming parlour in the city centre at a cost of €130,000.

“The concept was that we wanted to offer male-orientated hairdressing for men and male grooming, like hair and shaving,” said Ian Davey, co-founder, Davey Davey Mens.
