Brexit fears keep Ballygarry House redevelopment project on pause

A Kerry hotelier who has spent €6 million on upgrading and extending his property in Tralee has said he would be investing more this year were it not for the uncertainty being caused by Brexit.

Padraig McGillicuddy, who has run the family-owned Ballygarry House Hotel and Spa since 2002, said the continuing confusion over Brexit had caused him to scale back his short-term ambitions for the hotel.
