Blackrock Clinic battle storms the High Court

Allegations made against receiver Michael McAteer of conspiracy, negligence and breach of duty are dropped

Allegations of conspiracy and negligence made against Michael McAteer, the receiver appointed last year over a vigorously contested 8 per cent shareholding in the Blackrock Clinic, have been dropped.

In the High Court case taken by US-based developer John Flynn against Breccia, an investment vehicle controlled by businessman Larry Goodman, McAteer was the second defendant.
