AIB to sell off Nestor stores in Galway

The government plans to sell just over 25 per cent of AIB to private investors

Stores connected with Galway city retailers the Nestor Group are to be sold by AIB.

A portfolio comprising three SuperValu supermarkets and a Centra convenience store have been put on the market by receiver David Kealy of Grant Thornton.

The stores, all part of the Musgrave Group brand franchise, continue to trade as normal, with around 190 people employed between them.
