Defendant applies for removal from Michael Flatley €30m Castlehyde case

An accountant has successfully applied to have himself removed as a defendant in a €30 million lawsuit taken by Lord of the Dance star Michael Flatley.

David Cushion, who is a partner in MSE Business Management, a London-based advisory service, argued that he had not been validly served in the proceedings and that service should therefore be set aside.
