Airbus aims to deliver 800 planes in 2024 but warns of supply-chain issues

French aviation giant Airbus said it plans to hand over about 800 aircraft in 2024, striking a cautious note on its financial outlook as supply-chain woes persist and some aircraft remain grounded because of engine glitches.

The target is about 10 per cent above the deliveries achieved in 2023, though analysts had estimated the goal to reach about 825 units.
