Smarttech247, is a leading global cybersecurity company with many Fortune 500 clients.

When we decided to embark on an initial public offering (IPO) it was obviously a pivotal moment in Smarttech247’s journey. The choice of the stock exchange was a critical strategic move.

But at a high level the rationale on why we went with London is listed below, and perhaps a few reasons we wouldn’t have considered smaller exchanges.
