New fund to help finance technology start-ups
€500,000 from Enterprise Ireland to back new firms
A new €500,000 fund has been set up to help start-up companies which provide technology aimed at the financial services sector.
The Enterprise Ireland Competitive Start Fund (CSF), which is a part of the IFS2020 strategy to boost international financial services activity, provides up to €50,000 in support from Enterprise Ireland for each successful applicant. It was launched today by Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Mary Mitchell O’Connor.
