Brite:Bill, the fast-growing billing communications platform provider, is considering a new fundraising of up to €40 million.
The business, which was co-founded by Alan Coleman and Jim Hannon in 2010 did not respond to requests for comment.
Industry sources said however that Brite:Bill was seeking to raise a significant fundraising round to fuel its expansion overseas as well as allow some shareholders exit.
