Manage revenue carefully, says Braintree’s Lunn

Start-ups need to think about how they manage revenue, according to one of the longest-established partner firms of the Web Summit.

“A lot of start-ups come up with a business plan or business model and forget that they have to take money. They think it’s going to be easy, but it’s not always as easy as they think,” said John Lunn, senior director of start-up relations at Braintree.
