Version 1, the Irish IT services company, has won a multimillion pound digital transformation contract with Companies House, the organisation that maintains the register of companies in Britain.
No details regarding the value of the deal have been publicly disclosed but industry sources estimated it to be worth in the region of £45 million (€51.7 million).
