A crisis can often serve as a time of opportunity as it has done for Marion Cantillon. The founder and chief executive of Pitseal came up with the idea for the company while helping out on the family farm during the pandemic.

Pitseal is developing a spray-on biofilm for silage which creates a finite seal that is also edible for animals. It is designed to replace the classic combination of plastic coverings sealed by tyres.
