Northern Irish tech exec was under pressure as neighbourhood-focused social networking site’s share price slumps
Sarah Friar’s tenure as chief executive of NextDoor has drawn to a close with the Irish woman stepping down from the role on Friday.
Friar, one of the few women chief executives in Silicon Valley, was under pressure in recent months as the company’ stock has slumped to below $2, versus more than $14 when it listed on the New Stock Exchange in November 2021.
