Businesses rushing generative AI products onto the market risk holding back the technology’s potential according to Jeremy Barnes, vice president of AI product at ServiceNow.

ServiceNow is a workflow management software business and employs 430 people in Ireland. Earlier this month it announced it was adding another 400 roles at its Dublin offices.
