Kainos announces leadership changes as Mooney to depart
Russell Sloan, who currently leads Kainos’s digital services division, is to replace Brendan Mooney as CEO in September
Brendan Mooney is to step down as chief executive of Belfast-based IT provider Kainos after leading the company for 22 years.
Mooney who has been with Kainos for 34 years, is to complete his term as CEO by the end of September. He will be succeeded by Russell Sloan, currently, digital services director of the London-listed company,
Shares in the company were down 6.2 per cent in midday trading.
