IT company Kainos nears 3,000 employees

NI firm led by Brendan Mooney bucks tech trend by adding 300 people last year

Belfast-headquartered IT company Kainos added an additional 300 employees in 2022 as it reiterated its full-year revenue forecast of turnover of between £351.7 million and £378 million.

Kainos provides digital technology services and platforms to customers that include the National Health Service (NHS). The London-listed firm was established in 1986 as a spin-out company from Queen's University Belfast.
