Irish-founded Inscribe lays off 40% of employees

Fraud detection company says it has had to pivot due to increased use of AI in the financial services sector

Inscribe, the Irish-founded but US-headquartered fraud detection start-up, has become the latest tech company to announce redundancies, laying off close to 40 per cent of employees.

The layoffs come just 14 months after the company raised $25 million from investors in a funding round.
