AMD to create nearly 300 jobs in $135m investment
The Nasdaq-listed semiconductor firm is to fund a number of R&D projects in Ireland over the next four years.
Semiconductor company AMD is to double headcount in Ireland with the creation of close to 300 highly skilled engineering and research jobs as part of a new $135 million (€123.5 million) investment.
AMD said it intends to make the investment over a four-year period with financing to be used to fund a number of R&D projects.
