Irish tech start-ups should move their focus from the US to emerging markets, the founder of a company which is on more than 200 million mobiles has said.
Madme Technologies chief executive Triona Mullane said the growing digitisation of regions such as India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, the Middle East and Latin America presented opportunities for Irish firms which were not being fully grasped.
