Telco site in Athy fetches €604k at BidX1 auction
The building has four tenants which generate a succulent gross yield of almost 14 per cent
A site in the town of Athy, Co Kildare was the top seller at BidX1’s auctions last week when it sold for €604,000, or 52 per cent over its €400,000 guide price.
Located to the rear of Bridge House Bar on William Street Upper, the property generates annual rent of €84,000 from four tenants in the telecoms business, including Three and Meteor. That equates to a succulent gross yield of 13.9 per cent.
