A judge has accused banks of trying to push through repossessions by using a defunct system of valuations

There are thousands of potential property repossession cases either going through the courts or up for hearing, but banks have been routing them through the wrong court using unsound documentation. These cases will need to be struck out, then re-entered and re-started, or brought to the High Court.
