Strong hotel and pub sales show flexibility of hospitality sector

The resilience of two key sectors of the hospitality market – hotel and pub sales – in the aftermath of Covid-19, which crippled the sectors during a series of lockdowns, is reflected in the strong level of sales in both markets so far this year.

As much as €500 million worth of hotels may change hands in 2022 if some of the deals in the pipeline come to fruition before the end of the year.
