Several office-to-apartment conversions are in the offing in the business district once delayed planning permission comes through

Residential apartment supply in Sandyford Business District in south Dublin looks set to increase.

The Comer Group is expecting to start building work on 428 new apartments at Rockbrook, Sandyford, Dublin 18, in the coming months. This follows the group’s purchase of a site from Ires Reit for a sum suggested by sources to have been between €13.9 and €15 million.
