Cork’s property market is attracting increased interest from national and international investors and this, in turn, is generating increased commercial development.

One of Germany’s largest real estate investment managers, Real IS, recently bought the newly completed 8,500 square metre mixed-use site in Cork City, The Capitol, from John Cleary Developments for €45.6 million.
