Prime Georgian property in D2 changes hands for €5.69 million

Colliers has sold 47 Merrion Square together with the Mews at 47 Stephen’s Place in Dublin 2 for its guide price of €5.69 million.

The price reflected a strong capital value of €668 per square foot and a net initial yield of 4.98 per cent. The price achieved demonstrates the current healthy yields for prime Georgian investments.
