Off-market deals buoy €957 million Q2 investment market

According to a research report by BNP Paribas Real Estate the largest transaction in the Q2 period was the off-market institutional asset swap deal of a Dublin office and retail portfolio for €160 million

A recent review of second quarter activity in the Irish investment market by BNP Paribas Real Estate shows transaction values well up on the same period last year and a sector of the economy in rude good health, particularly in terms of off-market deals.
