With Dublin’s housing crisis continuing to make headlines, and corporations and multinationals turning their focus southward, Cork and Limerick’s new homes sector is primed for take-off.

A drip, drip approach is now making way for larger-scale launches, particularly in Cork city and its immediate suburbs, such as Blackrock, Ballincollig and Carrigrohane, and further afield in Kinsale.
