Temple Bar property sells at third attempt

An apartment developed by Wexford TD Mick Wallace has been sold after three previously unsuccessful attempts. Apartment 1 at James Connolly House, 43 East Essex Street in Temple Bar, made €410,000 at an Allsop auction on Wednesday.
