Let local authorities help us out of housing gridlock

‘Land-hoarders’ - including the state itself - move slowly and conservatively because of the high costs involved with development. Partnering with local authorities would fix that

We have an issue when it comes to land: we have loads of it and yet not enough buildings for homes. Isn’t it strange to have the raw materials but not the end product when the means for production are relatively abundant?
