Kinsealy launch starts strongly with 14 sold
The high number of sales at Cooper’s Wood in Kinsealy in north Dublin last weekend proved the enduring popularity of three- and four-bedroom family homes in good locations with good transport links.
Selling agent Savills said 14 of the 38 homes sold at the launch of the scheme of A-rated, three- and four-bedroom units on Chapel Road, close to the seaside villages of Malahide, Portmarnock and Howth. The units were built by Maybury Properties.
