Facility is the largest vacant industrial building at Northwest Business Park
Under the instructions of Tom O’Brien in Mazars, Knight Frank recently completed the sale of a high-bay logistics facility, the largest vacant industrial building in 2017, at Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 for in excess of €12.2 million. The property was guiding €9.75 million when it came to market in May last year.
