Ireland’s housing debate continues to be divisive. There are no easy solutions, but there can be creative solutions for different demand profiles as people go through their lives and their housing requirements evolve.
For now, let’s focus on the immediate future – and in particular the life of the next government – to ensure that more homes are built and that the incoming government removes the obstacles that are impeding affordability and output.
