French investor buys part of Airside complex in Swords for nearly €18m

Joint agents Colliers and McPeake Auctioneers have sold Airside South Quarter, a mixed-use office and leisure development in Swords in North Dublin, to Iroko Zen for almost €18 million.

The asset comprises two four-storey, multi-let buildings extending to a total floor area of 8,424.83 square metres together with 230 car parking spaces. The buildings are in good condition having benefited from substantial investment in recent years.
