Ex-BMW showrooms with potential for 67 apartments guided at €7 million

Agents Finnegan Menton and GVA Donal O Buachalla are guiding €7 million for a premium residential development site in Milltown in south Dublin.

The one-acre site includes the former Murphy & Gunn BMW dealership and an adjoining site to the rear which is owned by the Jesuit Order, and which had been partly used by Murphy & Gunn for car parking.
