With a new interest rate environment now evolving across Europe and the globe, the days of cheap liquidity are firmly behind us.

The last decade of ultra-low interest rates and quantitative easing have acted as a supportive catalyst for record investment volumes into the Irish commercial real estate market. Meanwhile, the Irish market has in turn offered an attractive investment case on a macroeconomic level, supported by a range of positive market-specific factors.
