A county manager has warned of a slowdown in new house sales in north Dublin.
Fingal council chief executive Paul Reid said there were 45 active sites where new homes were being constructed. “We’re seeing more builders up and running, and more active sites than we ever had. But the difficulty seems to be in selling the stock,” he said.
